It’s strange to see numbers on the windows on the bottom right Paule…. it looks very decrepit…
we had a building just like this for years in Ottawa called the Daily Building… it was just down the street from the Parliament Buildings… nobody could afford to buy it and take it down… eventually the government built a park where it stood:)….peter:)
